This role is responsible for overseeing project management teams, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring quality, safety, and profitability across all initiatives. The Project Manager/Estimator will work closely with executive leadership and clients to manage complex project lifecycles, from planning through execution while mentoring teams, refining processes, and making critical decisions that impact both customer satisfaction and business performance.
