- Assist the manager in store operations and supervise staff, ensuring policies and procedures are being followed.
- Assist the manager in overseeing merchandise displays throughout the store.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns.
- Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage.
- Assist in opening and closing the store as instructed.
- Be alert for shoplifting and follow the Shoplifting Policy.
- Participate in staff meetings and team building.
- Have a heart for service and alignment with our Christian values
