Responsibilities Ability to provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth and meet patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions and attitude to deliver excellent patient care. Provide guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Perform responsibilities included on the SCRIBE job description. Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses. Actively engage with clinical leadership and elevate issues to management as necessary. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate daily. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and supervising physicians. Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual recommendations with attention to patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and reliable information. Ensure activities are consistent with department expectations and compliant with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings. Pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow‑up. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications. Attest and follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training. Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols. Complete all mandatory compliance training. Recommend ideas within clinic and to telehealth leadership to improve overall patient experience. Communicate regularly within team to support excellent patient care. Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, clinic tours, and overview of processes. Assist new employees with learning activities and required training. Provide job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities. Maintain friendly, cordial relations with clients and employees and a positive work atmosphere. Perform the physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position as specified on physical demands. Be knowledgeable and comply with company standards of operations. Promote and maintain a respectful culture of confidentiality for employees, employer, and business. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Preferred experience working as a telehealth clinician. Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month. Full‑time employees are required to work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Responsible for on‑call periodically throughout the year (for ancillary providers). Levels of experience: Level1—new graduate (≤1 year); Level2—1–5 years; Level3—5–10 years; Level4—>10 years. Education Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Experience At least 1–2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as urgent care or occupational medical facility, ER or trauma unit, or family medical practice is strongly preferred. Licensing and Certification License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable. DEA required for all providers; limited by state law it must be obtained within 120 days of meeting minimum years of practice. Providers must treat all ages and meet all credentialing requirements; DOT certification required within 120 days of employment for FT and PT providers and must be maintained during employment. State‑Specific Requirements In Mississippi, Fast Pace requires pre‑employment drug/alcohol testing as a condition of employment.
