Because of our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Preconstruction Manager or Senior Estimator with experience in pre-construction or estimating, to lead and manage commercial, industrial and healthcare construction projects.The Preconstruction Manager or Sr Estimator will play a critical role in the early stages of our projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and coordination to ensure seamless project execution. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proven track record with Ground Up Construction Projects.Responsibilities -Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope and goals.-Develop comprehensive project estimates and budgets.-Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.-Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, soliciting and analyzing bids.-Prepare project schedules and coordinate preconstruction activities.-Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs and performance.-Oversee permit acquisition and ensure compliance with local regulations.-Support the transition from preconstruction to construction phases.Qualifications -3+ recent years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within the commercial construction industry.-Proven experience with Ground Up Construction Projects.-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.-Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
