Director OF Operations

Leading the operational infrastructure for the Direct-to-Patient channel, the full-time remote Director of Patient Operations will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless patient intake, fulfillment, and support systems for the U.S. launch of MariTide. Key responsibilities Own the operational model and systems for the Direct-to-Patient channel, overseeing workflows, intake routing, and fulfillment execution Design and manage cash, coupon, and copay support programs, ensuring accurate payment workflows and patient-friendly experiences Lead the operational execution of intake workflows, benefits verification, and prior authorization processes, ensuring minimal friction for patients Required qualifications Doctorate degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 7 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience in commercial, digital health, operations, or marketing Experience in pharma/biotech commercialization or digital health operations with accountability for operational model design and execution Proven track record in managing operational partners and vendors against SLAs, including performance improvement Strong understanding of prior authorization workflows and benefits verification in a specialty therapy context Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing operational teams, focusing on hiring and development
