We are a leading company in the maritime industry, operating tuna purseiners in the Pacific Ocean. We are currently seeking a U.S. Licensed Master / Mate and Chief Engineer to join our team on the F/V Daniela, F/V Isabella and F/V Beatriz Cristina. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a class six purseiner, 1600 GT or higher. This role requires a high level of expertise, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities - Operating a class six purseiner, 1600 GT or higher
- Ensuring the safety and security of the vessel and crew
- Complying with all maritime regulations and procedures
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- U.S. Licensed Master / Mate and Chief Engineer
- STCW 95 REG II/1 or II/2 credentials
- Training in first aid, fire fight, and security
- GMDSS and ETP operator certificate
