Job Description EZ EV Electric is a full-service residential and commercial EV charger installation firm and electrical contractor. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales of our EV charger installation services. You will work closely with our clients, develop sales strategies, and coordinate with our team to deliver tailored solutions to businesses and organizations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of electrical systems and EV charger installations, and exceptional sales skills. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the commercial sales operations, ensuring high-quality standards and targets are met. Work in collaboration with a team of sales representatives, including training and performance evaluation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. Collaborate with the project coordination team to ensure efficient service delivery. Address and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, schedules, and progress reports. Generate regular sales reports and provide updates to management. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in residential sales. Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and EV charger installations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills. Must have an active Driver’s License. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Compensation and Benefits p to $80,000 a year +commision. EZ EV Electric offers a competitive compensation package depending on experience and qualifications.
