About the RoleWe are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to provide person-centered support services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position focuses on promoting independence, building life skills, and enhancing quality of life across home and community settings. Services You Will Help Provide

Behavioral In-Home Habilitation Key Responsibilities
• Implement behavior support plans
• Teach coping and communication skills
• Reduce challenging behaviors
• Support community outings
• Practice social and life skills
• Encourage independence Personal Care Support
• Assist with hygiene and grooming
• Support dressing and toileting
• Help with eating and mobility Independent Living Assistance
• Assist with budgeting and paying bills
• Support household tasks
• Help individuals access community resources Respite & Supervision Duties
• Provide short-term supervision
• Assist with daily needs
• Maintain routines while caregivers rest
• Provide temporary off-site care
• Ensure safety and supervision
