About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of High School (HHS) to lead its academic and residential programs for students with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. The HHS will be responsible for providing vision, strategic direction, and leadership that aligns with the institution's mission and long-term goals. This role involves supervising and developing the high school leadership team, cultivating a culture of academic excellence and student agency, and being a visible and engaged presence in the school community. The ideal candidate will have a significant background in academic or divisional leadership, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and a strong commitment to understanding and supporting the needs of students with learning differences. Applicants for the HHS position at the company should have a proven track record of leading with vision, sound judgment, and integrity, preferably in an independent school or specialized educational setting.
