As our Marketing Director, you will play an important role in our success at Nordic Ware. If you love working with an iconic consumer brand, leading a small but talented marketing and creative team, and bringing innovative products to market, this opportunity is for you! This role blends creative vision, leadership, and collaboration with the executive team to strengthen our brand, drive growth, and ensure a consistent brand experience across every channel and customer touchpoint.

What you will get to do:

• Marketing Strategy & Business Leadership : Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen the Nordic Ware brand, drive business growth, and support long-term company objectives.
• Brand Management : Champion and protect the Nordic Ware brand by ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience across all products, channels, and touchpoints.
• Product Marketing & New Product Launches : Partner with Product Development and Sales to successfully promote current product offerings and bring new products to market through compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media : Drive consumer engagement and brand awareness through effective digital marketing, content creation, social media, e-commerce, and paid media initiatives.
• Sales Support : Collaborate with Sales teams to develop marketing programs, merchandising tools, presentations, and promotional assets that support retail growth and customer success.
• Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Marketing and Creative team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Website, User Experience & SEO Strategy : Enhance Nordic Ware's digital presence by guiding website strategy, user experience improvements, content optimization, and search engine performance initiatives.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field required; Master's degree or advanced marketing certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within consumer products, housewares, kitchenware, or related retail industries.
• 5+ years of hands-on leadership experience managing marketing, creative, brand, or content teams.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing brand-building strategies for consumer products sold through retail and e-commerce channels.
• Experience leading product launches, retail packaging development, point-of-sale materials, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of consumer purchasing behavior, consumer product marketing, retail merchandising, and visual presentation.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to bring products to market.
• Experience managing internal creative resources as well as external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
• Expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, social media strategy, brand storytelling, and marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to balance leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management, organizational, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
• Personal enthusiasm for cooking, baking, dining, and food-related experiences is a plus.

This position is a regular full-time position located in our Corporate Headquarters in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. Relocation is not available.
