Responsibilities of a Wound Care Nurse (RN): Responsible for overseeing the Wound Care Measures Responsible for overseeing the infection control program Communicate changes in residents' conditions to IDT and other partners as appropriate Flexible working hours Attend and prepare for weekly Case Management meetings Ability to investigate, track and trend identified areas of opportunities Develop action plans for areas of needed improvement Provide partner support and coaching Passion for wound care and healing residents Passion for infection control measures Requirements of a Wound Care Nurse (RN): Current Florida Registered Nurse license required Wound care experience in a long term care setting required Excellent physical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent time management skills Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills IND123 Background Screening Clearinghouse Link Info.flclearinghouse.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
