Part Time Pediatric LVN

Pay: $ 38 per hour Schedule and Shift Hours are as followed: Monday – 04:00 PM – 09:00PM Tuesday - 04:00 PM – 09:00PM Wednesday – 08:00 AM – 4:00 PM or you can work up to a full 12 hour shift this day. Thursday - 04:00 PM – 09:00PM Friday - 04:00 PM – 09:00PM Maxim Healthcare in Merced, CA is hiring a Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with a n Child patient who is dependent on G tube and Trach. MUST have OVER ONE YEAR of LVN EXPERIENCE UNDER YOUR LICENSE. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
