As a key member of our sales team, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, transforming their needs into tailored protection plans. Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively Engage & Consult: Connect with potential clients to understand their unique life stages and risks, conducting thorough needs analyses to recommend optimal Auto, Home and other P&C solutions.

Drive Sales Growth: Generate new business through a mix of provided leads, networking, and community outreach, effectively closing sales and hitting personal production goals.

Master the Portfolio: Expertly explain Allstate coverage details, discounts, and benefits, ensuring clients feel confident and informed in their choices.

Build relationship: Build a loyal client portfolio by providing outstanding account management, directly responsible for client retention, satisfaction, and referral rates

P&C License Active in Texas

Positive Attitude: A friendly and positive demeanor to create a welcoming and inviting environment for clients.

Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay attention to detail and accurately record information to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.

Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively with a genuine passion for sales, helping people, and achieving goals.

Spanish Speaking Preferred: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
