Data Processing Clerk - Onsite / Offsite

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to support daily data entry, processing, verification, and record-management activities. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with computer systems and spreadsheets. This position may be performed on-site or off-site, depending on business needs. Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and process information accurately in company databases and systems.
• Review submitted information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Verify data against source documents and correct discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Process forms, applications, invoices, reports, and other business documents.
• Scan, upload, classify, and organize documents as needed.
• Maintain spreadsheets and tracking reports.
• Retrieve information from databases and prepare basic reports.
• Follow established data-processing procedures and deadlines.
• Protect confidential company, customer, and employee information.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve missing or incorrect information.
• Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous data entry, data processing, administrative, or clerical experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, or similar software.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet and a suitable workspace required for off-site work.
