Regional Banker/Teller

As a Branch Sales and Service RRT within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Trenton, NJ. Responsibilities Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities and identify referral opportunities, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated customer experience; perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or GED, with 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or a similar role. Knowledge of banking products, digital awareness, effective communications, problem solving, prospecting, retail lending, and understanding customer needs. Strong accountability, customer service, proactive sales, and technology leveraging skills. Preferred: Bilingual Spanish.
