State Licensed Quality Director

Leading a team to ensure effective implementation of risk management and valuation services, the full-time State Licensed Quality Director will oversee the appraisal report review process, enforce policies, and collaborate with partners in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage the Appraisal Report Review Process to ensure alignment with business plans and turnaround time requirements Drive the implementation of policies and key risk mitigation procedures within the Valuation & Advisory Services Practice Area Collaborate with stakeholders to review reports and communications, ensuring adherence to valuation guidelines and risk assessments Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience may be considered General State Certification/License in at least one state and MAI designation required Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred Strong leadership skills to manage targets impacting departmental results Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
