Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician - Day Shift

Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift (Flexible weekday schedule)

A well-established medical facility in Green River is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented MT or MLT to join its clinical laboratory team. You'll work in a supportive environment with a strong emphasis on quality and collaboration while gaining exposure across all lab areas. This is a full-time day shift position with some flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include performing clinical laboratory testing across all departments, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank. The Medical Technologist/Technician will maintain and calibrate lab instruments, analyze quality control data, troubleshoot equipment or procedural issues, and accurately report results to support timely patient care. This role works closely with providers and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care while adhering to safety, compliance, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

Candidates should hold an associate's or bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or a related field and be certified as an MT or MLT (ASCP or equivalent). Depending on the facility, eligibility for Wyoming state licensure may be required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
