Administer medications and maintain accurate electronic medication administration records (eMAR). Identify early signs of psychiatric relapse, medication side effects, and medical concerns. Coordinate physical and behavioral healthcare with psychiatrists, physicians, and community providers. Develop, document, and support individualized recovery plans focused on resident strengths and goals. Complete nursing assessments, physicals, and required clinical documentation. Provide education on medication management, wellness, and healthy living. Assist residents with scheduling and attending medical appointments as needed. Respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, staff meetings, trainings, and case consultations. Ensure compliance with licensing standards, Joint Commission requirements, and organizational policies.
