Customer Service Representative

*Description*
**These roles should be described as an open-ended contract with the ability to go direct when the headcount approvals are there for full-time. Typically, that has been around the 6 month mark but that can be fluid. The pay rate increase will be at 6 months as long as they are a candidate the client is interested in converting at some point!*
TEKsystems is proud to partner with a locally owned, community-focused organization in search of Customer Service Representatives to join their diverse and inclusive team. What You Will Do:
Responsible for handling work ticket orders for their national accounts received electronically or by phone, a lot of the calls can be outbound in nature.
Qualifying/verifying customer requests.
Checking technicians in and out, and booking/dispatching purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions in a timely manner.
Effectively managing Customer Requests for service by ensuring prompt, knowledgeable service to the customers' satisfaction.

This role will have to handle different computer systems so it is very important to bring in computer-savvy folks. Attention to detail and ability to handle fast paced environment.
*SHIFT DETAILS*
TUESDAY - SATURDAY 1:00PM - 10:00PM
SUNDAY - THURSDAY 1:00PM - 10:00PM
FRIDAY - MONDAY 11:00AM - 10:00PM
Training hours for first 2 weeks: First day will be 8:30 PM-4, and the rest of training (4-6 weeks) will be 7:30-4 PM. Classroom training for the first 2 weeks, followed by floor shadowing and training. IF they need to be on their regular shift, they can move after the first 2 weeks of classroom training.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
