We are in search of a Transportation Clerk to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for providing clerical support within a warehouse environment and assisting with transportation department operations.
Responsibilities Include:
This position has a starting pay rate of $32.00-$37.00/hour. We are in search of a Transportation Clerk to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for providing clerical support within a warehouse environment and assisting with transportation department operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Communication: Contact drivers, gather ETAs, and respond to phone calls and walk-ins with professionalism.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate information in databases.
- Responsible for scheduling deliveries and managing communications with drivers.
- Customer Service: Provide high-level support for internal teams and external contacts.
- General Clerical Support: Assist with additional tasks within the transportation department.
- Prior experience in transportation preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed oriented and organized.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Computer and email proficiency preferred.
- Basic experience with receiving.
