About The Job Licensed Clinicians will provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Leominster, MA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. About The Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re: Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts — Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors Compensation Up to $158,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week are eligible for a competitive ramp stipend.
