Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified CNAs for staffing engagements when openings arise.

WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL

We are talking with Certified Nursing Assistants in Bowling Green, Kentucky and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre-screened candidate pool so we can match you to the right facility when needs arise.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Active Kentucky or Indiana CNA certification

* BLS preferred (not required to apply)

* Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, hospital, hospice, dementia care, or home health

* All shifts — days, evenings, nights, weekends

* New CNAs welcome — recent graduates encouraged to apply

* Open to full-time, part-time, PRN, or direct-hire

COMPENSATION

CNA engagements typically pay $14 – $20 per hour, varying by setting, shift, and experience. Some shifts pay premiums. We'll discuss specifics during your intake conversation.
