The role also develops, modifies and implements quality evaluation and control systems for PCB manufacturing and assembly.Essential Job Functions:Works with internal departments and customers to ensure quality standards are being met; serves as main customer interface to address quality questions or concernsAssists with quality data collection, analysis and reportingDrives continuous improvement (e.g., defines, develops and implements APQP and other quality initiatives such as control plans, process flow, PFMEA, RPN Risk Assessment, etc.)Works with internal teams to prepare for all audits including ISO, AS9100, NADCAP and DLAAssesses root cause for products or materials that do not meet required standards; implements and manages the full cycle of corrective actionsAccurately documents and tracks quality processes (SCARS, remakes, etc.)Review and disposition non-conforming products in the production cyclePerforms other duties as neededRequired Qualifications:Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly analytical and data orientedAbility to maintain high confidentiality standards and practicesExcellent computer skills, including MS Office SuiteAbility to analyze mechanical and electrical blueprints/drawings (e.g., GD&T)Ability to analyze industry/customer specifications and contractsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree or higher in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, related field or comparable industry experience2+ years of related work experienceWorking knowledge of PCB manufacturing, Six Sigma, LEANExperience in an ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management EnvironmentExperience with continuous process improvement techniquesCalifornia Pay Range $87,000 - $105,000 USD. The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.Pioneer Circuits provides a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time roles, encompassing healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents.
