Front Desk Associate

Full-Time or Part-Time Looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team at the front desk. If you enjoy meeting people, helping guests, and working in a relaxed, team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities: Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs. Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest questions. Help guests with requests and provide friendly customer service. Handle payments and basic front desk paperwork. Communicate with housekeeping and other team members. Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized. Help address guest concerns and make sure guests have a pleasant stay. Complete other basic hotel tasks as needed. Help out with laundry. What We’re Looking For: Friendly and welcoming personality. Reliable and dependable. Good communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our system. Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
