Berry's on Main is looking for an experienced, energetic server who is passionate about providing outstanding hospitality. We are searching for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and is committed to creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Ensure guests receive accurate orders in a timely manner.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to provide seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area throughout your shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist fellow team members whenever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties thoroughly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience is required.
• Bartending experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Must be a team player who is willing to help wherever needed.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong attention to detail with a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Must genuinely care about providing guests with an outstanding dining experience.
• Must follow all company food safety and sanitation policies.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40lb.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and carry trays throughout the shift.
