What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of your store - managing schedules, inventory, and team performance
- Hiring, training, and coaching your team of baristas to be the friendliest, fastest crew in town
- Creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where both customers and team members feel valued
- Owning the customer experience and ensuring every drink, smile, and interaction is top-notch
- Driving store sales and hitting performance goals through smart decisions and an eye for opportunity
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and up to brand standards
- Jumping in wherever needed - whether it's whipping up lattes or solving a scheduling puzzle on the fly
