Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The RN will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and ensure the delivery of safe, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Respond to changes in patient conditions and medical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies.

• Previous Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts .
• Must be available to work every weekend as needed .
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
