Job Description

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Global Pump Manufacturer. They are seeking a National Sales Manager in Meriden CT.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a senior regional or national sales role within industrial markets
- Background in the pulp and paper industry is strongly preferred with familiarity with major OEM relationships in the space
- Experience working with or selling pumps agitators or related fluid handling and process equipment is a plus
- Prior leadership experience whether formal or informal is a differentiator
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical discipline preferred - an MBA is a plus
- Candidates from both manufacturer and distributor backgrounds will be considered
