Radiology Physician

Position Overview The Department of Radiology at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine is recruiting Specialty and Subspecialty faculty members in the Divisions of Abdominal Imaging, Cardiothoracic Imaging, Musculoskeletal Radiology, and Neuroradiology. Positions are available in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor (HSCP) or Clinical Professor (Clin X) series at the assistant, associate, or full professor rank, commensurate with experience and credentials. Responsibilities Engage in professional competence and activity, teaching, research and creative work, and university/public service. Provide clinical service in modalities such as CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and plain films, based on training. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and weekend call rotations in Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal Radiology, Cardiothoracic, or Abdominal Imaging. Utilize state‑of‑the‑art equipment, including clinical 3T and 1.5T MRI scanners and the EXPLORER Total Body PET Scanner. Qualifications M.D., D.O., or equivalent degree. Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Radiology. Postgraduate training (fellowship or work experience) in one of the following subspecialties: Abdominal Imaging, Cardiothoracic Imaging, Musculoskeletal Radiology, or Neuroradiology. California medical license or eligibility for licensure, or meet eligibility requirements for a CA Special Permit. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $425,000–$525,000, with eligibility for the Health Sciences Compensation Plan. Call pay averaging $18,000 to $26,000 annually, varying by division. Annual Z bonus of up to $20,000. Annual allocation for professional development, including licenses and conferences. One‑time relocation allotment of $20,000 upon hire, based on eligibility criteria. #J-18808-Ljbffr
