Field Service Technician – Full-Time (Bay Area) Local applicants within 10 miles of Oakland only .

Start Date: August

Compensation: Competitive hourly + bonuses + paid training

Our technicians work directly with clients and leadership to deliver safe, effective, and professional pest control solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform pest control services according to company protocols

• Conduct inspections and prepare service areas

• Communicate service findings and next steps to clients

• Maintain digital service records and required documentation

• Follow safety procedures in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas

• Operate company vehicles and represent the organization professionally

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer‐facing roles (any industry)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, crawl, climb, and work in confined spaces

• Comfort using mobile apps, GPS, and digital logs

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting

• Pest control experience is welcome but not required; training provided

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Bay Area neighborhoods

• Bilingual fluency (Spanish, Cantonese, Tagalog, etc.)

• Prior experience in home services, facilities, or field‐based work
