Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, using standardized assessment tools and interviews to create a comprehensive picture of their needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices in clinical sessions.

• Monitor and document clients' progress consistently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate client information.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support as needed, partnering with emergency services or community resources when situations arise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is necessary (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).
