Who we are

Remont Remodeling does bathroom and kitchen remodels across the Eastside. We're bringing plumbing in-house because we're tired of scheduling headaches with outside subs — and we want someone who takes pride in doing it right the first time, not someone optimizing for the next upsell.

The role

You'll be the plumbing lead on our remodel projects, working directly with our project managers on real, already-sold jobs. You'll start out working alongside one helper/trainee, with a second likely joining as we grow. This is a ground-floor role — as we build out our in-house plumbing division, so does your role in it.

What the job actually looks like

• Rough-in and finish plumbing on residential bathroom and kitchen remodels
• Fixture installs, shower/tub valves, drain-waste-vent systems
• Working from a scope that's already been sold and priced — no negotiating with homeowners, no closing anything
• Coordinating with your PM on schedule and sequencing
• Getting it right the first time, since your pay isn't tied to how many extra add-ons you can talk someone into
• Ensure all work meets Washington State plumbing code and passes inspection the first time
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners on-site
• Dedicated plumber status in our company
• Mentor an apprentice/helper as the team grows

Requirements

• Required: Active Washington State PL01 or PL02 license
• Required: Valid WA driver's license, clean driving record
• Preferred: 5+ years hands-on residential remodel plumbing experience
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision once scope is set

Location: Field work across Seattle / Eastside (Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, surrounding areas)

License/Certification: WA Plumbers License PL01/PL02 (Required)
