Location: On-site in Houston, TX The Opportunity We're supporting an exciting medical device company in Houston, TX that is launching a brand-new molding operation, and they’re looking for a Molding Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with molding experience to lead the entire program from the ground up. What You'll Do Lead and execute the full setup of the molding program Source and install plastic molding machines and CNC systems Recommend and implement supporting computer systems Develop plastic molds and injection molding processes Hire and build a technical team (including a future Polymer Engineer) Oversee installations, onboarding, and program completion. What We’re Looking For Expertise in plastic mold development Experience launching molding programs from scratch Strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on molding experience Project leadership skills and team-building experience.
