If you're detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to make a difference in a global organization, this is your opportunity to shine.How You'll Make an ImpactDeliver financial and business analysis for real estate projects.Support capital planning and project budgeting activities.Maintain and report on real estate KPIs across the Americas.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.Conduct spatial and financial analysis for new and existing sites.Assist in developing and updating real estate SOPs.Provide ad hoc reporting and insights for facilities and IFM sites.Support annual budget planning for occupancy and capital costs.Your BackgroundBachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, business administration plus 3 years of work experience or equivalentData analysis/reporting, Project tracking for real estate projects, Corporate Accounting Principles, IFRS (related to real estate desired)Strong quantitative, financial/business analysis and modelingTime managementOrganizational skills with the ability to work/juggle multiple projects at the same time.Project Management principles, tracking and reporting knowledge in a corporate real estate environmentWorking knowledge of IFRS accounting principles (relating to real estate a plus).
