Job Summary
Long Term Care Nursing Home Registered Nurse position in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. This role involves assisting with day-to-day nursing activities, ensuring accurate assessments, medication administration, wound care, and resident monitoring. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day.Job Details
- Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin
- Schedule: Evenings shift; 8 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Two-year degree in nursing; Wisconsin Registered Nursing license; Current CPR/BLS certification; 1+ years of related work experience preferred; Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Preferred Qualifications: Four-year degree in nursing
- Additional Information: The position requires timely communication with physicians and families, completion of resident assessments, wound care, assisting CNAs, monitoring resident conditions, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate will act as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed.
