Position: Roofing Repair Specialist- This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing team.

We need a self-motivated roofer who can diagnose issues, perform repairs, and provide exceptional customer service while working independently in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential roofing systems to identify damage and problem areas
• Diagnose roof leaks and determine the source of water intrusion
• Complete repairs, maintenance, and service work on existing roofing systems
• Evaluate flashing, ventilation, and other roofing components for proper performance
• Recommend practical and cost-effective repair solutions to homeowners
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures
• Document work completed and communicate clearly with customers and management

Experience:

• At least 5 years of hands-on residential roofing service and repair experience
• Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, flashing details, and ventilationsystems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot leaks and roofing-related issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license
