Property Tax Reviewer

SUMMARY:
Review tax information provided by network of abstractors for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and deliver certifications to customer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Prepare tax certifications in a timely manner.
Contact examiners on a regular basis for outstanding taxes in order to facilitate the quickest return
of work possible.
Review search data provided by abstractors for completeness and accuracy.
Monitor abstractor accuracy and rank vendors appropriately.
Verify all information with the examiners/abstractors.
Contact county offices for clarification of information as needed.
Deliver certifications to customer.
Update taxes prior to closing and post-disbursement.
Estimate taxes when necessary.
Maintain tax collector records within company database.
Status orders in the computer system.
Meet minimum production goals set for the position.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
