Locations Chicopee Ludlow Wilbraham Palmer Belchertown Springfield Agawam West Springfield Ware East Longmeadow Longmeadow Feeding Hills Caregiver Requirements Experience caring for elderly and/or disabled individuals A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required Authorized to work in the US Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companion services Certification preferred, but not required Experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Hospice care preferred but not required Criminal Background Record Check A minimum of 4 references (2 personal and 2 professional) Recent TB test completed within the past year Working every other weekend is a requirement Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking as needed. Launder clothing and linens to maintain a clean living environment. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
