ServiceNow OMT Solution Architect

Direct Client ServiceNow OMT Solution Architect

Dallas, TX (Onsite) Long Term

1. Implemented ServiceNow OMT minimum two implementations

2. Strong knowledge on PSR models and TM forum Open API

3. Deep understanding of the OMT order management and order orchestration flows to map our requirements to out of the box features

4. Strong Service Now 5+ years CSM implementation experience with ability to map our business process to Service now OOB features

5. Proficient in Flow designer, Agent workspace configurations, Business rules etc.

6. Expertise in CMDB modelling, configuration management and asset management

7. Strong Analytical and decision-making abilities

8. Individuals who can take a data driven approach to solve complex problems

9. Experience in process modernization and business simplification

10. Strong in ServiceNow data load capabilities and reporting, performance analytics and dashboard/homepage capabilities

11. Develop systems integrations and process automation, fully using the platform's workflow capabilities, including Orchestration

12. Experience in designing Customer facing applications for large organization
