Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, helping with daily activities while ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being. Your expertise in medication administration , adherence to personalized care plans, and collaborative spirit will contribute to exceptional outcomes for each resident. Responsibilities Medication Administration: Deliver medications as outlined in residents’ care plans. Daily Living Assistance: Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating. Health Monitoring: Observe and document residents’ health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Personalized Care: Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs. Emotional Support: Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment. Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free living environment. Emergency Response: Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and communicate with families about resident care. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification Certification. Current CPR and First Aid Certification. Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Negative TB Test (submission required before starting). Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. Proficient in medication administration and documentation. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Prior experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus. Physical capability to safely lift and transfer residents. Ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy and professionalism. Consistent professional and positive demeanor.
