Keep Bars and self‑serve stations clean and stocked as well as any additional duties that are assigned by leadership. Responsible for familiarization of cocktails and prices to ensure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders. Serve your assigned section in the proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by your supervisor. Follow all cash handling procedures of the F&B department. Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do the same. Inform immediate supervisor if a critical supply or service situation should arise. Observe and anticipate guests’ needs. Suggest and up‑sell cocktails. Responsible for following the calling order when ordering cocktails. Ensure you are following your TIPS training for responsible alcohol service at all times. Requirements One (1) years’ experience as a cocktail server in a fast‑paced environment preferred. Must have cash handling experience. Must be able to successfully complete a TIPS (responsible service of alcohol) training class. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License. Must be able to handle a flexible schedule. Able to communicate effectively with co‑workers and supervisors. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must have excellent communication skills.
