The company values professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail throughout each stage of the renovation process.Role Description The Kitchen and Bath Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Red Bank, NJ. This position is responsible for meeting with clients to assess their needs, developing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bath layouts, and presenting design concepts and product selections. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed design plans, coordinating cabinetry and materials, preparing quotes, and supporting the sales process from initial consultation through project completion. The designer will collaborate with installation teams, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide consistent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, including space planning and material selection.Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations.Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client consultations and team collaboration.Sales experience, including presenting options, handling inquiries, and supporting closing of projects.Knowledge of Cabinetry, including product lines, finishes, hardware, and installation considerations.Familiarity with design or drafting software (e.G., CAD or kitchen/bath design tools) is necessary.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Prior experience in residential remodeling or interior design is preferred; relevant certificationsare a plus.
