1- This hire will be managing over 160 people with Assistant RN Managers in place.
2- We are in need of someone who has strong leadership skills.
3- We are also seeking someone who would not shy away from working 50-hour work weeks.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS American Heart Association
- Must have recent first-line management experience.
- 3 years Clinical experience.
Job Details:
Accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
The Manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities
