Compensation:

$17 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient store environment, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for students and staff.
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive store success.
• Mentor and support team members, encouraging their professional growth and ensuring they have the tools needed to excel.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring that all educational materials and instruments are well-stocked and organized.
• Coordinate with instructors to schedule lessons and events, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
• Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, using insights to make informed decisions that align with our educational mission.
• Facilitate open communication between staff, students, and parents, addressing any concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail management or a similar role, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student and staff engagement.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and store success.
• Strong mentoring skills, with a focus on supporting team members' professional growth and development.
• Proficiency in inventory management, ensuring educational materials and instruments are well-stocked and organized.
