What Youll Do:

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers
Resolve account issues with professionalism and efficiency
Help bring accounts current through payment solutions and customer education
Deliver exceptional service while building strong customer relationships

What You Bring:

1+ year of collections & high-volume call center experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
Basic Microsoft Office skills
