Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital, one of South Bay's most established and trusted veterinary hospitals, is seeking an experienced Managing Veterinarian to join our highly collaborative, multi-doctor team in beautiful Torrance, CA.

Leadership & Mentorship:

As Managing Veterinarian, you'll play a central role in shaping the culture, clinical standards, and growth of our team. You'll oversee day-to-day hospital operations, support and mentor associate veterinarians, and serve as a key point of contact between the medical team and hospital leadership. Our environment is deeply collaborative - we're looking for a leader who leads by example and is genuinely invested in the success of those around them.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a confident, experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced, well-equipped environment. Ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years of clinical experience , with strong surgical and dental skills preferred
• Proven leadership ability - experience managing or mentoring a veterinary team is a strong plus
• A generous, collaborative spirit - someone who lifts up the team and fosters a positive, high-performing culture
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• A commitment to upholding our AAHA-accredited standards of care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $180,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience)
• Up to $30,000 signing bonus
• Production based bonuses

Plaza Del Amo Pet Clinic is a large, modern, AAHA-accredited hospital known for practicing a high level of medicine with a well-established, loyal clientele.

• 5 exam rooms - 4 of which are spacious, fully supplied, and feature double doors and sinks; a dedicated 5th room used for acupuncture and end-of-life care
• Treatment area with full surgical suite - 2 wet tables, 2 regular tables, and 2 surgery tables
• Full in-house laboratory
• Advanced ultrasound imaging
• Therapeutic cold laser
• Acupuncture & integrative services
• Large boarding facility accommodating up to 60 dogs with a dedicated cat boarding area overlooking the lobby - includes a fully staffed boarding team!
• 2 on-site groomers
• Spacious break room and dedicated DVM office
