A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BANQUET HOUSEMAN As a Banquet Houseman, you are responsible for upholding the highest level of customer service with our guests during banquet events. Always friendly and professional, you greet our guests to make them feel welcome and at home within our facility. You assist with all aspects of setup for banquet events, which includes arranging tables, chairs, and linens. In addition, you help out with our food and beverage service and ensure that the service floor is always operating smoothly. When you aren't attending to guests, you perform a variety of cleaning duties, which includes maintaining the back of house and front of house for our events.
