Full Stack Developer Job ID#: 64048 Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite) Position Type: Contract Duration: Long Term Remaining Positions: 1 Stefanini is looking for a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, with a focus on user‑centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to deeply understand their use‑cases, pain points, and requirements, showcasing empathy and advocating for user‑centric software solutions. Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering software using various tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (e.g., agile) and technologies. Assess the requirements of the software application or service and determine the most suitable technology stack, integration method, deployment strategy, etc. Create high‑level software architecture designs that outline the overall structure, components, and interfaces of the application. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as product owners, designers, architects, etc. Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, policies, and processes in line with organizational vision, industry regulations, and market best practices. Continuously improve performance and optimize the application, implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Apply programming practices such as test‑driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Support security practices to safeguard user data, including encryption and anonymization. Create user‑friendly and interactive interfaces. Develop and maintain back‑end applications like APIs and microservices using server‑side languages. Job Requirements 10+ years of experience in IT; 8+ years in development. Java – backend development using Java Spring Boot. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services – Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, PostgreSQL, etc. Test‑Driven Development (TDD). Familiarity with AI‑enabled development tools (GitHub Copilot, Gemini Conductor, Open Code, etc.). Bachelor’s Degree. Salary Pay Range: $61.00 – $66.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stefanini, Inc
