Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs Offer tailored insurance solutions including auto, home, renters, life, and other personal lines Develop new business through warm leads, referrals, inbound calls, and community outreach Educate clients on policy options, coverages, and benefits Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools Provide exceptional service to maintain and grow client relationships Stay informed on product offerings and industry updates Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Commision on renewals Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Training & development 401(k) matching Qualifications P&C license is mandatory Sales experience of at least 1 year perferred.
