Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (35 hours guaranteed per week)

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and home safety
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire or compact eligibility
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus
• Must be comfortable using an EMR system
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric rehab techniques
